Cow Appreciation Day
Chick Fil A was giving away free food if you dressed up as cows. This is what we came up with. Everyone had a good time.
How cute! David printed off a cow headband and got a free sandwich at lunchtime! We considered going for dinner, but it would have cost more in gas to get there than was worth it. Sigh.
It was lots of fun! Fortunately we live very close to I-40 so it is just a hop, skip and jump to Chick-Fil-A. I'm glad David could take part in it. It was fun to see all the different costume ideas. Hey, btw, I got some good deals on meat today at Lowe's Foods and Rite Aid. I use Splenda and they have it on sale for $2.99 with a $1.00 on-line rebate, and I had a coupon. It is over $3.00 at Aldi and Wal-Mart. I miss seeing your pics of your deals. How do you like shopping at Costco, or is it Sam's?
